Trivium is an American heavy metal band from Orlando, Florida, formed in 1999. The band has released four studio albums, eleven singles, and twelve music videos. Signed to Roadrunner Records, the band has performed at major music festivals, including Ozzfest and the Download Festival.

El demo les ayudo a acordar un contrato con Lifeforce, donde lanzaron Ember to Inferno. Más tarde firmaron con Roadrunner Records y lanzaron el álbum Ascendancy. Shogun (将軍 Shōgun) is the fourth studio album by American metal band Trivium. The album was released worldwide on various dates between September 23 and October 1, 2008 through Roadrunner Records. Work on the album is noted to have begun with producer Nick Raskulinecz in October 2007, with the band stating that they chose not to work with Jason Suecof again as they wanted to explore new ideas.

"Anthem (We Are the Fire)" is a single by metal band Trivium. It was the second single from their 2006 album, The Crusade. The single release for the song included two B-sides from The Crusade. It made number 1 in the UK Rock Singles chart. The song is used in the video games Burnout Dominator and Saint's Row 2. The intro of the song on the music video was used on a bumper on the late night television block Adult Swim which is shown in the UK on Bravo.

"Dying in Your Arms" is a 2005 single written by Matt Heafy. It is the eighth track on Trivium's second album Ascendancy. The Ascendancy Special Edition also includes the music video for the song, the song being performed live and the single edit of the song.
"Being with someone can be like an addiction. Gradually, you can't stand to be without them, everything you once enjoyed- you no longer care about, you become weak and dependent. In the music video for this song, the band can be seen performing live on a stage, and doing some back-stage activities. The live footage and backstage footage is mostly recorded at The Limelight in Belfast, Northern Ireland in its Spring & Airbrake section.
The audio track on the video is the single edit of the song, featuring differences from the album version such as 3:05 length (as opposed to 2:52 on the album), an added piano introduction, metalcore screaming vocals being replaced with clean vocals, increased vocal volume, and an audible tambourine during the chorus.

Released on March 15, 2005 by Roadrunner Records, the album charted at number 151 on the American Billboard 200 albums chart though is widely regarded as the band's 'breakthrough' album. This album is also seen as one of the best metal albums of the decade.

Ember to Inferno is the debut album from American heavy metal band Trivium. It was released on October 14, 2003 on Lifeforce Records.
The album seems to follow a theme of tyranny, oppression, and freedom, with songs covering guerilla warfare and overthrowing evil.
Frontman Matt Heafy was 17 years old when the album was written and recorded.
Corey Beaulieu toured in support of the album - he did not play on the album according to the re-release booklet.
"The Deceived" was re-recorded and released on their next record Ascendancy and "Blinding Tears Will Break the Skies" was recorded as a bonus track on the Ember To Inferno re-release.
It is interesting to note that "Inception, The Bleeding Skies" is a section of "A View of Burning Empires" played in reverse, and is also exactly the same when reversed.
